If you’re thinking about heading to Grand Teton National Park, you’re on to something very, very good.
Most people know the Teton’s for their gifts in the winter, but the summer, oh the summer in the Tetons is top notch.
We asked one of our friends who knows the area well what are the 3 things you need to know when planning your trip. Here’s the top 3, according to Kyle :)
- Visit Jenny Lake - you’ll enjoy a beautiful hike down to the lake and waiting for you at the bottom is your inner child’s biggest dream...a 25ft rock jump into the cool mountain water
- Buy a tire and head down to Cache Creek. It’s a total local move to head to the nearest auto shop, buy a big inner tube, drop a car off at the end of the creek, and then lazy river your way down nature’s most beautiful outdoor waterpark.
- Grab a drink at Amangani. The views are almost as exciting as the rumored chance you’ll run into a celebrity. Don’t tell them we told you they’d be there ;)
Grand Teton National Park is a national treasure all year round. Enjoy the hiking, camping, swimming, and moose sightings.
